The animation was very clean, the colors flowed well and there was a nice amount of detail. The character design was really good too, it always had a feeling of authenticity to me. The anime kept a lot of the same emotion that we see in the manga and it always felt impactful even with small things like looks or pauses. I liked how it felt in general very much.A magical tournament for the coveted position of Magic Emperor pits a humble orphan boy against his mysterious rival.
